She initially came along to a class just to keep her friend company and was reluctant at first as she thought it would be like stripping. She was pleasantly surprised by the reality and fell in love with pole as such a great fun and unique form of exercise. She trained hard and soon dropped from a size 18 to a size 10!
“I love the Pole Play community, everyone is willing to help each other out. I have made some great new friends and have had many people help me get my hand to my foot, give me hints, or spot me while I am practicing a move. I love pole for the whole body fitness and burlesque because it’s amazing for increasing your self-confidence. It’s about loving the skin you are in no matter your size or shape, which it is exactly what it did for me!“
